Ink is All

The Ink can be summarized as something very simple. You are words, the words are ink, the ink, therefore, is all. If that rattles your brain, I suggest you don't think about it too hard. To look behind the Ink itself is to become a raving madman, and there is no cure when you know a truth that doesn't matter in the grand order of the Cluster.

What is Ink?

Ink is a black substance not too unlike the kind that is used for writing. However, Ink itself contains magical properties that make up the world. It cannot be created or destroyed, it simply exists. The Eternal Library utilizes the Ink to write in tomes. This writing then forms the details that go into each galaxies. However, despite them being what every detail is composed of, Ink itself can never be perceived or discovered (at least, not under even the rarest of circumstances). Within the Cluster, the concept of being made from writing of specialized Ink seems ludicrous anyway. The world has its own intricacies to where Ink itself can be irrelevant.

Ink also acts as a barrier between each Cluster Galaxy. This barrier takes the form of none other than the very fabric of the cosmos, the inky void that each Cluster Galaxy just sees as the endless expanse of space. This barrier prevents the worlds from interacting or influencing each other, even keeping the various planes apart. However, small influences can slip through at times. Any abnormalities tend to result not from natural influence, but manmade meddling. If this barrier was to be destroyed, the Supernova occur. They say to trigger the Supernova would bring about the end times itself, but who is it for a storyteller to care? Everything shall fall into place with time.

Why does Ink Exist?

Ink does not need a reason to exist, it just does. It is a barrier, a creator, a force of magic, and a very good tool for writing. They say that it gains power from the Balance of the universe, but the definition of "Balance" can differ in each Cluster.
